Exchange & Refund policy
In case of receipt of incorrect, damaged or defective products, you may request a return and exchange or 100% refund within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Order Cancellation by customer
Customer can cancel the order at any time / stage after placing the order but before shipped from company warehouse. We will cancel your order without asking any question & issue 100% refund within 1-2 hours.

Product packaging
Our team will pack your order in a plastic, tamper-proof bag and the courier man doesn't have knowledge of the products, inside the plastic bag.
We do not provide any indication of the website or the name of the product on packaging box. It provides complete privacy of your item and safeguards the packaging and quality of the order. The entire service is free of cost.
To keep your privacy intact, we are not going to mention Max Ayurveda on package anywhere. The name of the sender, along with the address will be of Green Pharma.

Custom Duty
For international shipments , any custom duty levied by destination country will be borne by consignee
